When winter approaches, it is vital that we acclimate our physical and emotional bodies. We can do this by consciously shifting how we move and breathe and care for ourselves, in harmony with winter’s slower pace and natural grace.
In this welcoming workshop called “Our Bodies, Our Soul, Our Nature”, retreat leaders Maeve Ryan and Frances McManus will guide you through the experience of connecting with, and drawing inspiration from, the natural world. You will learn how to listen closely to your body, nourish your soul, and connect with nature. You will also discover ways to tap into your innate warmth and strength and channel a deeper sense of peace through techniques such as breath work, meditation, yoga, Gua Sha, and aromatherapy.
Long after this retreat is over (and especially through the busy holiday season), these supportive techniques will help you feel more grounded, experience a sense of calm and serenity, and ultimately live more fully in mind, body, and spirit.
