11:00–12:00    Federal Labor Laws Compliance, Steven J. McKinney, Community Outreach & Resource Planning Specialist, U.S. Department of Labor

12:00-1:00        Lunch and Dept. of Tourism Update, Wendy Knight, Commissioner, VT Dept. of Tourism & Mktg.

1:00-2:00          Legislative Update, Tim Piper, VIBBA President and Hearthside Group Consultant Ronda Berns, Vermont Chamber of Commerce Vice President of Tourism       

2:00 – 2:15       Break

2:15 – 3:45      Innkeeper to Innkeeper Q&A, An interactive discussion to seek advice or insight from other Innkeepers. Bring your questions and offer your experiences!    What’s happening with OTAs;  What’s plans do you have for the upcoming season?     New VIBBA website and what we’ll need from you.

 4:oo – 5:00    Social Gathering, Cash Bar and Venue Tour – Kick back and enjoy the camaraderie your fellow InnKeepers!

 

Our host property, the Inn at Manchester, will be offering innkeepers a special rate of $110/night for Monday and Tuesday nights of that week.  Contact the Inn at Manchester to make your reservations.
