Robert Frost Mountain Cabins
Come visit our slice of heaven in Vermont's Green Mountain National Forest! Our 7 charming, artisan-crafted, timber frame cabins have been built with our own hands from wood felled and milled right on our property.
Each cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, living /dining room, Swedish reading nook, 2 bedrooms, roomy bath and screened back porch. The spacious cabins include all of the contemporary comforts and are conveniently located in central Vermont. Offering year round short term or extended stay lodging, our unique, stand-alone, private cabins are perfect for couples desiring a romantic Vermont getaway, individuals or families. Your four-legged friends are welcome to stay with you in one of our three pet-friendly cabins.
Nestled on 112 acres in the Green Mountain National Forest, our cabins are located “off the beaten path” on a well maintained gravel road in quaint Ripton, VT - summer home of renowned poet, Robert Frost. Our half mile long driveway is just long enough to leave your cares behind.
The cabins are also just a short drive from the beautiful village of Middlebury (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) - home to Middlebury College. The college's downtown and Bread Loaf campuses are both less than 10 miles away. And the town has something for everybody - museums, historic sites, restaurants, music, art, shopping, Tasting Trail, hiking trails and more.
For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby trails, ski centers, rivers and lakes offer an abundance of fun recreational opportunities throughout the year.
